We are not like a dog with a bone when it comes to returns and formalities. Our primary focus is on the health of you and/or your best friends. If a product you have purchased from Augustine Approved is not working for you (…or pup or kitty doesn’t approve), we urge you to get in touch; it might just be a matter of choosing something that better suits.

 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?

All unopened physical (non-digital) products purchased on the Augustine Approved online store can be returned for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs).

 

WHEN DO ITEMS NEED TO BE RETURNED BY?

You can return items within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Opened returns and returns after 30 days are treated on a case-by-case basis.

Electrical items carry a 12-month replacement warranty.

We assess each return on a case-by-case basis and you may need to pay for shipping for a new delivery.

If you are not seeking a refund, we may issue a discount coupon for your next purchase which carries a 3-month expiry date.
