WHEN ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
Condition of sale: Please note all sales made to addresses outside Australia are final and that international parcels cannot be left at the door.  Someone needs to be home to receive the parcel or it must be collected from your local post office within 7 days of attempted delivery.


It is common and unfortunate that the postman will not always leave a note for collection so it is imperative that customers regularly monitor the tracking number provided via email. If items are not collected from your local post office within 7 days they will be returned to us in Australia.


Please know that we do everything humanly possible to ensure that orders are express shipped on the day they are received, and we pay a small fortune to provide free express shipping for orders above $249AUD. For this reason, if a customer does not collect from the post office in time, it is their responsibility to pay for shipping if they wish for us to re-post (once the items are returned to us).

We are not like a dog with a bone when it comes to returns and formalities. Our primary focus is on the health of you and/or your best friends. If a product you have purchased from Augustine Approved Pty Ltd is not working for you (…or pup or kitty doesn’t approve), we urge you to get in touch; it might just be a matter of choosing something that better suits.
 
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
All unopened physical (non-digital) products purchased on the Augustine Approved Pty Ltd online store can be returned for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs).

You can return items within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Opened items and returns after 30 days are treated on a case-by-case basis.
