We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to send Augustine Approved products all over the world.
By placing an order for delivery outside Australia, you acknowledge and agree that any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other government charges imposed by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost, and are outside our control.
Please also note that all international sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.
Because international deliveries generally require a signature, parcels cannot be left unattended. Someone must be available to accept delivery or collect the parcel from your local post office or courier depot within the required collection period.
Unfortunately, postal services do not always leave a collection card or notification, so we strongly recommend keeping an eye on the tracking information sent to you by email.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check tracking regularly to ensure receipt. If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, we are always happy to resend it once it arrives back in Australia. Any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a product you have purchased from Augustine Approved Pty Ltd is not working for you (…or pup or kitty doesn’t approve), we urge you to get in touch; it might just be a matter of confirming that you are using the products correctly, ensuring you have purchase the right products, or choosing something that better suits your needs.

All unopened physical (non-digital) products purchased on the Augustine Approved Pty Ltd online store can be returned for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery.

How does Faith's® Cleanse & Detox compare to other products in its field?
Faith's® Cleanse & Detox is made entirely from herbs and does not contain pesticides, parasiticides or other synthetic chemicals. Synthetic copies of what is found in nature can make poor substitutes and often only offer short term results and can have long lasting side effects. A common view that naturopaths share is that you cannot outsmart nature without consequences so we strive to strengthen the immune system rather than attempting to alter or suppress it using pharmaceutical, synthetic products.
In over 30 years of the Faith's® Cleanse & Detox formula circulating, there has never been a single reported case of toxicity in any animal (including pregnant animals) using formulas from Coburg Health & Nutrition. Please note that we do not recommend the use of this product in pregnant or lactating animals or people.
Why is Faith's® Cleanse & Detox a better approach to gut health and skin problems than pharmaceuticals?
When attempting to address skin problems, the first veterinary go-to has historically been antibiotics. While there is no doubt that they can be life-saving, antibiotics do little to provide a long term solution to what in most cases stems simply from a gut imbalance that can be addressed with a food product like Faith's® Cleanse & Detox.
Antibiotics quickly destroy bad bacteria, providing short-term relief. Unlike natural herbs, they do not discriminate and also kill good bacteria which in turn can make the original problem worse.
From there, veterinarians may look at administering pharmaceutical drugs that in simple terms, suppress the normal functions of the immune system in order to prevent dogs from itching. These drugs do not address the root cause of the problem which in most cases is caused by gut issues (due to a number of factors). Not only can these drugs produce long term, nasty side effects, but after some time they can stop “working” and the animals are in a far worse condition than before they started.
Should topical products be used on skin problems?
Skin health is directly related to the integrity of the digestive system. The largest organ of the body is the skin and when there is candida overgrowth in the body it can begin to show signs topically.
We have found that the issue is entirely topical only in a small percentage of cases. It is no surprise then, that topical products can only offer short term relief in most cases. Similar to antibiotics, topical medicated products can further negatively affect the bacterial balance of the skin.
Augustine’s® SuperBath and Augustine’s® SuperBalm soothe the skin and reduce the desire to scratch, giving the skin time to heal on its own. Will a fresh diet help with skin health?
Yeast and cancer are primarily fuelled by sugars, so it is important to provide a diet with a controlled or limited carbohydrate content. A diet of processed foods such as kibble not only encourages candida overgrowth but may contribute to the risk of cancer. Additionally, unlike other chemical products, Faith's® Cleanse & Detox supports the normal function of the liver and kidneys and assists in eliminating toxins.
Animals come in contact with nasty toxins on a daily basis in our homes (such as chemical cleaning products and perfumes), and in the environment that we have no control over. This is why we promote a constant state of cleansing. Lots of love, a healthy diet and regular exercise are key to supreme health.

How often should I supplement my dog’s meal?
Faith's® Cleanse & Detox is recommended to be fed once a day, ideally earlier in the day.
Can I feed this with other supplements?
Faith's® Cleanse & Detox can be fed together with any or all Augustine Approved® supplements. We are not aware of any contraindications with other supplements but we encourage you to consider the ingredients if feeding other brands to ensure you are not doubling up.
Why do you recommend feeding Faith's® Cleanse & Detox with Raw Coconut Oil?
Not only does Raw Coconut Oil help to improve the absorption of nutrients and also offer its own extensive health benefits, but most dogs absolutely love the taste so it assists in encouraging dogs to enjoy new flavours that they may not be used to.
My dog won't eat this product, what can I do?
- For fussy eaters, please commence with only Augustine's SuperBoost® and The Exchange®, and then introduce Faith's® Cleanse & Detox and or Little Universe® 2-3 days later. Please also consider the Fussy Eaters Guide below.
- When feeding Faith's® Cleanse & Detox. Please ensure you are measuring correctly using ONLY the Augustine Approved® spoon set.
- It is rare but your dog may not like the taste of Raw Coconut Oil so try feeding supplements without it (you can try a little bit of water instead).
- Do not sprinkle powder supplements on top of food and instead ensure you are mixing supplements very well into food. The better the mix, the more diluted the taste that your dog may not be used to. Please note that the word "topper" that is used in pet supplement marketing has caused much confusion. Its intent is to imply that supplements can be used to "top up" the meal rather than that you should add powders on top of food.
- Try each supplement individually in food to work out which product(s) your dog does not like. Usually it is Faith’s® Cleanse & Detox as it has the strongest and most unusual flavour. Additionally, consider if there is anything else you have added to the diet that your dog may not like the taste of.
FUSSY EATERS GUIDE
If your dog is a fussy eater you can build up to the recommended feeding amount over 4 weeks. Remember, it's not a race so please take your time. Some dogs may even love new supplements for a few days then lose interest.
Start with 1/4 of the recommended feeding amount and increase it by 1/4 every 7 days until you reach the full recommended amount. If your dog loves the taste of coconut oil (or find something else healthy that your dog loves), the aim is for the flavour of the Raw Coconut Oil to overpower the flavour that your dog is not used to.
Side effects vs detoxification
Faith's® Cleanse & Detox contains ingredients that have a role in assisting the body to flush out harmful toxins usually through the urine. Those with a genetic pre-disposition or a weakened immune system (compromised liver and kidneys), may suffer discomfort because the toxins begin to instead come out through the skin (the weakest organ), and not the bladder.

How do I know if the food or supplements that I am feeding my dog contains synthetic supplements?
If the ingredients list on the packaging seems as if it is in another language, then have a look for the english version. No, seriously... all those long and strange scientific sounding ingredients are usually synthetic supplements. If the label says the product includes, "vitamins" or "minerals" then you guessed it... synthetic.

Can I eat this stuff too?
YES! The human label of Faith's® Cleanse & Detox was listed as a complimentary medicine with the TGA for human consumption in capsule form. We are yet to release this product under a human label.
There is nothing wrong with consuming the animal label of Faith's® Cleanse & Detox. You can mix the recommended amounts below in half a glass of water, juice or smoothies.
Children 10-17: 1/2tsp (.85g) per day
Adults 18 and over: 1tsp (1.7g) per day
