INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to send Augustine Approved products all over the world.
By placing an order for delivery outside Australia, you acknowledge and agree that any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other government charges imposed by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost, and are outside our control.
Please also note that all international sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.
Because international deliveries generally require a signature, parcels cannot be left unattended. Someone must be available to accept delivery or collect the parcel from your local post office or courier depot within the required collection period.
Unfortunately, postal services do not always leave a collection card or notification, so we strongly recommend keeping an eye on the tracking information sent to you by email.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check tracking regularly to ensure receipt. If an order is returned to us because it was not collected, we are always happy to resend it once it arrives back in Australia. Any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We are not like a dog with a bone when it comes to returns and formalities. Our primary focus is on the health of you and/or your best friends. If a product you have purchased from Augustine Approved Pty Ltd is not working for you (…or pup or kitty doesn’t approve), we urge you to get in touch; it might just be a matter of confirming that you are using the products correctly, ensuring you have purchase the right products, or choosing something that better suits your needs.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED AND BY WHEN?
All unopened physical (non-digital) products purchased on the Augustine Approved Pty Ltd online store can be returned for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of delivery.
