POOP ALERT!
My dogs never cease to impress me with unique birthday presents.... December 1st 2024 started off like any other day, walking around the property to clean up poop but then I noticed that Diesel's stools had live tapeworms and dead tapeworm segments. Below is a video I took on 3rd December.
Tapeworms have a cycle of approx. 11 weeks so when you are using herbs to eliminate them naturally and safely, it is important have patience.

Make no mistake, tapeworms do not come out alive unless they encounter an environment that they cannot survive in. They come out because they have no choice due to the herbs changing the taste/flavour of the blood, if you will. This is a very different approach to using chemical parasiticide products that come with POISON and KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN WARNINGS. While they are faster acting, there risk of adverse reactions, not to mention their impact on the gut biome and increased toxin load on the body.
Out of all the parasite cases I’ve seen over the years, tapeworms are interesting. Twice now I have personally seen the situation go from weeks of small tapeworms coming out alive (DAY 22 above), to finally one very large and long dead tapeworm (DAY 77).
In both cases, once the large dead tapeworm comes out, that’s the end of it. The first case was in December 2015-March 2016 of my dog Faith and the most recent case was of my dog Diesel. Below is photo evidence of Faith's case.

I took a break from using a herbal product on Diesel for about three weeks purely out of forgetfulness as I didn’t restock my pantry, and this allowed tapeworms to infiltrate the body. This is a primary reason why I promote a CONSTANT State of Cleansing. I broke my own rule twice in almost 10 years and both times my dogs have paid for it. Never again.
Tapeworms were able to take hold because herbs are cleansers and do not store in the body, meaning that unlike chemical parasiticides, we have to feed them to our dogs more often. I recommend them at the very least every two days.
Interestingly, a faecal test showed that Diesel was tapeworm-negative four weeks in, even though he was still pooping out live tapeworms. Sadly, faecal tests can be inaccurate.
As you can see in the photo of DAY 94 which is at the 13 week mark, Diesel is now tapeworm free... we made it passed the 12 week mark!
Here is a video someone sent me shortly after they started their dog on Faith's Cleanse & Detox. They stated that the dog was just sitting there and tapeworms were crawling out of their dog's bottom. I also noticed this with my dog Faith in 2015 and into 2016.

IMPORTANT: dispose of tapeworms accordingly:
“The worm can't survive outside of a living host, but the eggs and larvae can. Eggs pass from the original host through their poop into the local soil and water. There, they contaminate the food and drinking water of other animals.”
Does Faith's Cleanse & Detox work against parasites?
Please note that government regulations in Australia prevent us from making any claims about products and parasite prevention or treatment in our marketing, and the method of register products in order to make claims was never designed with natural products in mind. The fact that the formula for Faith's Cleanse & Detox has been circulating in dozens of countries for over 30 years without incident is of no relevance to our government regulator. You are welcome to read our detailed explanation on the product store page. This blog post serves as a story to tell my own lived experience.
